Except for the delays on parts (because the vehicle was so new), I couldn't beleive the excellent customer service I received during the repair process.Javier was my point of contact at Pacific Collision, and provided constant updates regarding the repair process. On the day of pickup, Javier walked me through the photos used to document the repair process, answering all the questions I had.The end result is my vehicle is back on the road, and you can't even tell there was any damage to the vehicle.This is a family owned business that is extremely professional, clean, and welcoming.Hopefully I won't need a car repair facility again but if I do...I'll give Pacific Collision my business again as well as highly recommend them.
